Mrs. M-D’s grade 4/5 class went rabbit snaring this morning with Papa Ted, Uncle Bill and Uncle Peter. The students found it very challenging to walk through the deep snow. So, they talked about how hard winters were a long time ago when there were no stores to go to. Our families still had to go hunting and trapping in any condition in order to survive.
