Today, Mrs. Favel, aunty Simone and a group of 13 students went to the presentation by Maddy McCallum. The students were engaged in Maddy's story "As I Am Is Enough". The activities were well recieved by all. A big thank you to Maddy for her bravery for sharing her story with us. Our students enjoyed the day.








Yesterday, we took a photo of Mrs. M-D and Savannah as they were the only two brave enough to wear their Toronto Maple Leaf jerseys for Spirit Week. But once Savannah spotted Mrs. Favel, she called her over to join the photo and we couldn't resist.


Boys Club every second Wednesday during the lunch hour. Boys Club is with Mr. C and aunty Simone. It's a place where boys can come and play games, learn about mental health and have a place to chat. All boys in grades 4-6 are welcome to join. Check the Husky Happenings for the next Boys Club.

January's Awesome Attenders ⭐️










Today, Kokom Dorothy, Kokom Edna, Kokom Addie, Kokom Ruby, Kokom Joyce, Kokom Karen and Moshom Duane helped us with the Michif language. They are helping us bring the Michif language into our community by recording Michif words and phrases onto voice buttons that can be taken home by each student.

Husky Happenings for the week of February 2-6,2026

Rossignol Elementary staff are learning about writing models and structures for instruction with Connie Molnar from the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation Professional Learning unit.

Mrs. Laliberte reviewed coding with Beebots. Grade 3M learned how to code their first initial. It was so much fun 🤩 Thank you from 3M.
